Thailand Elite Bronze deadline: every extension, and what it costs per year

The short answer: 31 December 2026, as reported. The longer answer is that the date has moved four times.

The official Thailand Privilege site still lists Bronze and calls it a limited offer. We could not find an operator notice that states the 31 December 2026 date. One agent pricing page says Bronze has already closed. That page conflicts with the others and with the official site, so we treat it as an error.

Nothing has been announced for 2027. Plan as if Bronze ends on 31 December 2026.

These are the one-off membership fees on the official comparison page. You pay once for the whole term. There is no income, age or savings test.

Family add-on prices and promotions change often. Agents report a "Next Member" promotion and per-person prices that conflict with each other. We do not list them until the operator confirms them.

Divide the fee by the term. This ignores inflation and any interest you could earn on the money.

Bronze is the cheapest per year. Once it closes, Platinum is cheaper per year than Gold, if you are sure you will stay 10 years. Bronze has 0 privilege points per year on most official pages, so you get fewer extras.

For comparison, a retirement visa extension costs 1,900 THB a year in fees, but you must be 50 or older and keep 800,000 THB in a Thai bank or show 65,000 THB a month. Privilege costs more because it skips those tests.

Both run for 5 years and give the same kind of Privilege Entry visa, with stays of up to one year per entry. The differences are price and extras.

If you only want the visa and the basic liaison services, Bronze saves 250,000 THB. If you value the points for spa, golf or lounge services, compare what 20 points a year buy before you decide.

1. Open the official Bronze page. If Bronze is still listed for sale, it is still open.
2. Ask the Member Contact Center, or an official sales agent, for the closing date in writing.
3. Ask whether the date is for submitting the application or for paying the fee. Agents have described both.

Only if Privilege is already the right visa for you. Questions to ask first:

• Do you qualify for something cheaper? At 50+ with 800,000 THB, the retirement visa costs far less per year. If you work remotely, the DTV costs 10,000 THB for 5 years.
• Do you need to work? Privilege is not a work visa.
• Will you stay the full term? You pay the whole term upfront, so the cost per year only holds if you use it.

1. Get the Bronze application form from the official site or an official agent.
2. Submit the form with your passport details and a photo.
3. Wait for the immigration background check, which the operator runs.
4. Pay the membership fee after approval.
5. Follow the operator's instructions to have the Privilege visa issued.

The deadline is reported as a cut-off for applications. Agents say the final batch is processed before a set time on the last day. Leave a margin of a few weeks.
